Greetings sweet angel!
Happy Monday to you (or whatever day of the week it is when you read this) Tomorrow marks two weeks that The Plus One has been out in the world, and what a whirlwind it’s been! I am blown away by the love and support you have shown Jude + Dira. Putting a piece of work into the world is a scary thing, and I’m incredibly thankful for every reader, bookseller, and librarian that has recommended TPO and shared it with others.
If you’ve had a chance to read already and have a spare second, would you mind leaving a review on Amazon Barnes & Noble, Kobo, BookBub, or anywhere else you shop for books! Reviews are incredibly important for the life and discoverability of a book in the age of algorithms, and I promise not to read what you have to say about it!
The good times continue over the next few weeks with a bunch of very exciting events!
Tomorrow (Tuesday April 18 7pm MST/ 9pm EST) I get to chat virtually with the exceptionally talented Joe Arden who narrated Jude’s chapters. I was blown away by Joe’s performance and the way he brought Jude to life, and I can’t wait to pick his brain on what being a narrator is like! Register for the event here.
This weekend, you can find me at the L.A. Times Festival of Books! I will be doing a signing at The Ripped Bodice’s booth (980) on Saturday at 2pm PST so make sure to wander over and say hi! On Sunday, I’m so thrilled to be on the panel Love at Any Age: Writing Romance from Middle Grade to Adult.
And the excitement continues! Next week I’ll be at M. Judson Books in Greenville, SC for a wine and books pairing event. I then head to D.C. for the weekend for Apollycon!
This will be my first convention ever and I’m equal parts excited and terrified at the energy that will no doubt be brought to this incredible event! I’ll be at table 81 with my bestie and world famous MILF, Elizabeth Everett.
While in D.C., I’ll be heading to East City Bookshop to talk to two of my favorite authors, Christina Lauren! This is a hybrid event, so if you aren’t in the area, you can still join us virtually as I basically fangirl for however long they provide me with a microphone! More info can be found here.
Signed/Personalized Copies
As always, Malaprop’s Bookshop is offering signed and personalized copies of my books!

i LOVED this book so much. it rocked my world and joined the shortlist of life changing books for me. i got the audiobook but loved it so much that i realized i needed a physical copy to annotate and let my friends borrow. one of my friends ended up buying it for me as a birthday present bc we saw it in target and i went on a loving tangent about it
