Book Recs

I finished The Hacienda and it was amazing and the ending absolutely destroyed me and I will never emotionally recover. Five stars.

In an effort to embrace the holiday spirit, I’m reading The Earl I Want for Christmas by Colleen Kelly, a scrumptious historical romance novella. I’m about 40% in and it’s been a goddamn delight so far. It’s also FREE through the author’s newsletter so get thee to they reading nook and enjoy!!!

Year in review

So… damn. What a year. The vibes were rancid for a great deal of it, and every December it gets harder to hope for a better coming year but my stubborn optimism wins again. I was going to go into an earnest reflection about the ups and downs of 2023 but I’ll spare you from my self-indulgence.

I wish you all peace and comfort and the bravery to do whatever you need to to get by and be well.
